Grow at home | Recycle - grow Four-Leaf clover

Recycle & grow Four-leaf clover is a fun growing kit for cultivating a four-leaf clover, a traditional symbol of luck and happiness.

The kit contains a decorative cardboard planter, a coconut coir tablet and tubers for planting.

Cut off the bottom of a small plastic bottle, use it as a growing container and place it inside the cardboard planter. Follow the included instructions and grow your own four-leaf clover.

Key features:

  • Four-leaf clover tubers.
  • Coconut coir growing tablet.
  • Decorative cardboard planter.
  • Growing instructions included.
  • Encourages the reuse of plastic bottles.

Planting instructions:

Planting: throughout the year, but at a temperature no lower than 14–18°C.

  1. Place the tablet in the planter and add 2–3 cm of water. Wait 30–60 minutes until the tablet absorbs the water and reaches its full size of approximately 7–8 cm.
  2. Place the tuber in the tablet, covering it completely with the growing medium.
  3. The tuber germinates within 10–15 days at temperatures above 18°C.
  4. The growing medium in the tablet retains moisture well, but the plants should be watered when the surface begins to dry. Add 1–2 cm of water; the necessary moisture will be absorbed. Any remaining water can be poured away. The tablet consists of compressed coconut fibres in which seeds germinate easily. Once the plant sprouts, add soil to fill the entire planter.

Flowers in late summer and autumn. It is grown as a houseplant but can be moved outdoors from April until autumn. After flowering, it needs a resting period.
